Trentino recipe of polenta dumplings


     1 kg yellow polenta
     200 gr. of flour 00
     1 egg yolk
     100 gr. of parmesan cheese

PROCEDURE: Mix the polenta with the flour, egg yolk and Parmesan cheese. Once the mixture is obtained, pour it into a pastry bag and with the help of a knife cut and form the dumplings. Cook them in boiling salted water, when they rise to the surface, drain and season to taste.
