There will be no charge for cancellations or changes.
The deposit can be used for another stay.
Upon departure, you are asked to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
However, it is possible to keep your room until the evening, subject to availability.

The wellness center is open from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the winter, while in the summer it is open by appointment only. Inside the wellness center, we have a small beauty center (see massages and treatments) where you can indulge in intense relaxation with massages, scrubs, sports and beauty treatments... Free Internet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the Hotel Cima Dodici.
Our philosophy of "happy children, happy parents" has always been our strong point: our Hotel Cima Dodici is synonymous with family-friendly services and the warm welcome of the Casari family. The Hotel Cima Dodici in Vigo di Fassa has a dedicated games room, with ping pong, table football, crayons, and much more. Ideal for families with children in the Fassa Valley, the hotel will also surprise you at mealtimes... We'll be happy to prepare delicious dishes that aren't part of the traditional menu, such as vegetable purees, baby food, boiled meat and fish, and vegetable broths.
Please remember that during the winter season, we offer all guests a free shuttle bus service that will take you to the Catinaccio/Ciampedie and to Pozza di Fassa, where the Sellaronda ski tour begins.
